A beam was made by screwing 4 two-by-eights together, then the boat was jacked up high enough to back the trailer underneath.
The trailer was an old farm trailer, which will be pulled to the launching ramp with a tracter. It was backed under the
boat, and the boat was then lowered onto the trailer. The center of gravity was just forward of the wheels, to avoid having
too much weight on the hitch and bending the trailer.
The boat was then pulled up onto the new road. Launching was planned
for September 11.
