This is a photo journal of the voyages of the Heart of Gold II. I now have good internet acces on the boat, so I can
update this web site frequently.
The boat was launched in Boonville, MO, Mile 199 of the Missouri River. (about half-way between Kansas City and St. Louis).
I cruised from Boonville to Ft Myers Beach, FL in the fall of 2001, and from Ft Myers Beach to Mobile, AL and back in the
summer of 2002. In Summer, 2003, I cruised up the East Coast to the Chesapeke Bay. I am now cruising up the
Gulf coast, and heading toward the Tennessee River.
Please excuse the lack of photos and very brief log entries between Mobile and Ft Myers Beach. I made that trip
quite a few times, so it was not that interesting to me.
Also, I got lazy in the Fall of 2003, and added no entries from Charlston to Ft Myers Beach. I will try to be a
little more thorough, with more photos from now on.
